Project: Teardown existing structure. Build new home.
This home was designed with a more traditional theme, and we used a mix of natural stone, brick and stucco on the exterior to give the home a warm, inviting feel. The interior is an open concept main floor with a custom stained hardwood floor, glass railings, and a beautiful, modern high gloss white kitchen. All counters are Caesarstone quartz.
The main floor was designed to be flexible. The client expressed interest in possibly creating a main floor master bedroom in the future. As a result, the dining area was designed in such a way that it can be simply closed off in the future and converted to a bedroom. The main floor bathroom includes a 6’ x 4’ shower in the event that it will be used for a master ensuite and a main floor laundry area was roughed in for future use. The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious laundry room. The exterior is perfect for entertaining and relaxing, featuring a 550 square foot fully covered concrete deck.
Cool fact: The 550 square foot rear deck area is fully excavated below, which has been transformed to the most amazing cold cellar we’ve ever seen.
